Starfish is a vehicle tracking system. To be absolutely precise, it is a Mobile Asset Tracking System. It will track anything that moves although they would mostly be vehicles. The system uses the Global Positioning System together with a GSM link to transfer information back to the Starfish Servers on the Internet. Users can then log on and be able to track and locate the vehicle.
