Introduction
The Starfish Tracker SF3100-1 is a high performance GPS/GSM unit that can be used in all sorts of GPS/GSM tracking applications. This can range from private vehicles to commercial vehicles of all sorts.
The communications infrastructure used by Starfish is GPRS/ICS (Internet Communications Services) not SMS. An article in the brochures page entitled "Starfish GPRS/ICS versus SMS based Systems" explains the differences in implementation, cost and functionality

Fleet Management
This is for corporates with a fleet of vehicles that needs to be managed. Here, the tracking capabilities of starfish is extended with the help of extra functions and complemented with a powerful software at the control center in order to achieve a high degree of control of the fleet.
